In order to calculate the total of each column and show it on the last row, you need to add 3 conditions. Let me show you how to add these:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left, click on Conditions.

3. Click on Add Condition.

4. Create an Update/Calculate Field condition.

5. Start by setting your condition like this:

6. Add all the cells of the Input Table from the column using the Add Field button.

7. Add a Plus sign between each option in the calculation.

8. Click on the Save.

That's it for the first column. You can repeat these same steps but selecting the fields of the second and third column instead to create the next 2 conditions.
