Regarding your question about recovering data deleted from Jotform Tables and Trash less than an hour ago, unfortunately, once submissions if they were deleted from the Trash, they cannot be recovered from the backend. Deleted entries remain in the Trash for up to 30 days, during which you can restore them from the Trash section in Jotform Tables. After this period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

If you did not purge the trash, it's really easy to restore your deleted entries in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name on the upper left side of the page.
2. In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
3. In the menu that comes up on the right side of the page, select the Deleted Submission then, click on the Restore button and that's it.
