Ayuda con PDFs creados en submission

Hola equipo.

Estoy creando un Zap en Zapier y en uno de los pasos requiero obtener automáticamente los PDF generados en una submission de un formulario. Sin embargo, en la documentación oficial de la API no encuentro un endpoint para recuperar esos PDF de una submission específica, más bien se encuentran para descargar los archivos de un form específico.

¿Existe algún endpoint para poder hacer esto?

Algo como

https://api.jotform.com/form/{submissionID}/files

Respecto a tu consulta sobre obtener automáticamente los PDFs generados en una submission específica mediante la API, actualmente no existe un endpoint directo para descargar esos PDFs de una submission individual como https://api.jotform.com/form/{submissionID}/files.

Sin embargo, puedes descargar las submissions en formato PDF utilizando el PDF Editor de Jotform, que permite descargar un solo envío o todos los envíos como PDF de submission. Esto se hace desde la interfaz, no directamente por la API.

Si necesitas automatizarlo vía Zapier, la API no ofrece un endpoint específico para obtener esos PDFs de una submission, solo para descargar archivos adjuntos de un formulario.

Replace {SUBMISSION_ID}, {FORM_ID}, and {YOUR_API_KEY} with your actual values.

Gracias por la respuesta pero ese GET solo me trae uno de los formularios, y tenía dos para probar efectivamente que me trajera todos los PDF. ¿Estaré haciendo algo mal?

Aclaro, tengo tres PDF en el formulario y solo descarga uno. La idea es que descargue los tres.

You’ll need to download each submission PDF individually using the provided URL. There isn’t an API endpoint that can download all PDFs at once. If the PDFs are automatically generated documents (such as custom PDFs created in the PDF Editor), the API only supports downloading the main submission PDF, not multiple PDFs per submission.

Alternatively, you can download submissions in batches from Jotform Tables in PDF format. You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover your mouse over the form with the data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click on Download All. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
