    Buen día, estoy tratando de recuperar mi contraseña, pero no llega el correo para reestablecer la contraseña. He intentado varios días pero no logro que me lleguen correos, que puedo hacer?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you’d need to wait until they’re available again.

    I checked what you described, and you can try a few quick steps to get the password reset email to arrive:

    1. Check the SpamJunk, or Promotions folder in your email inbox.
    2. Make sure your email provider hasn’t blocked messages from noreply@jotform.com
    3. Try sending the reset email again using the login link.
    4. If you have multiple emails, confirm you're using the correct one linked to your Jotform account.

    If none of these work, can you tell me the email address of the account you’re trying to access? Once we know that, we can move forward.
