    I am experiencing an issue with my free plan where I am reaching the upload space limit. I want to know how to delete or free up some files or presentations, especially old ones, without deleting my forms because I need to keep all my forms. I have already deleted some files, but the system still shows that my space is limited. It also shows that there is nothing in the trash. I need help to purge or update my space so that it is no longer limited.

    Hi peopleandhappiness,

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your upload space limit issue on your free plan. I understand you want to free up space by deleting old files or presentations without deleting your forms, and you've noticed that deleting files hasn't updated your available space.

    Let me help you with that:

    How to Free Up Upload Space:

    1. Delete Uploaded Files from Submissions: Open your Jotform Submission Table, click on the uploaded file you want to delete, then in the preview window click the Trash Can icon and confirm by clicking Delete File(s).
    2. Delete and Purge Submissions with Uploaded Files: Select the submissions with uploaded files in your Submission Table, click Delete, then confirm by clicking Move to Trash. Next, go to the Trashed Entries tab by clicking the Three Dots icon in the table menu, select the trashed submissions, and click Delete Forever to permanently remove them and free up space.
    3. Clear Form Cache: Sometimes the system does not immediately recalculate your space usage after deleting files. To fix this, clear your form cache by following the instructions in our guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache.

    Important Notes:

    • Deleted submissions remain in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you manually purge them.
    • Make sure to download any important submission files before deleting them. You can find instructions in our guide on How to Download Submission Files.
    • For detailed steps on deleting form submission data, please see How to Delete Form Submission Data.

    Following these steps should help you properly free up upload space without deleting your forms.

    I also checked your account and found you have the following files in your forms submissions:

    • Growth Manager México Form: 17 uploads.
    • Marketing Strategist Form: 23 uploads.
    • Marketing Specialist: 57 uploads.
    • Sales Development Representative Form: 3 uploads.

    Your forms still have a considerable number of submissions, but the upload space should be cleared after following the steps mentioned above. If you still notice the upload space doesn't decrease, you can allow Support access, so we can check this further, here are the steps to allow access:

    1. While on My Forms page, click on your account avatar, then click on the Settings option. Once on the Settings pag,e click on the Security tab:

    2. Scroll down until the Jotform Support Access option and turn it on:

    Hola, gracias.
    Ya les di acceso para que soporte pueda revisar. Intenté hacer los pasos de arriba pero me sigue figurando que no tengo espacio y tampoco me aparece nada de lo que borré en la papelera.

    Por favor su ayuda asegurándose de que esos envíos que eliminé, se hayan eliminado realmente. Necesito poder recibir nuevas respuestas a mis formularios urgente.

    Hi peopleandhapiness,

    I have checked your account and observed that the trash is empty; however, there are still undeleted submissions in the form Inbox trash folders. Can you try to delete these and keep us updated ?

    You can check your Inbox trash as following:

    1. On your Workspace page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Inbox on the right side of the screen.

    2. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Trash tab on the top-left side of the page.

    3. Now, check to see if the submissions were deleted.

    I went ahead and recalculated your upload space limit, your Upload Space limit is now at 78.78 MB / 100.00 MB. The problem should be solved. Also, if you want to free up more space, you can consider deleting more submissions or attachments from the submissions.

    por favor me confirmas si tengo formularios disponibles para crear por favor?
    Debería tener uno o dos por usar el código de referidos, no recuerdo la cantidad.
