Olvidé mi contraseña y perdí el formulario que había llenado

    Estoy experimentando dos problemas principales. Primero, olvidé mi contraseña y necesito ayuda para recuperarla. Proporcioné mi correo electrónico auxiliar1.interpae@gmail.com y confirmé que se enviara el correo de recuperación de contraseña.
    Segundo, perdí el formulario que había llenado, específicamente el "Formato BODEGA ADMIN.OK". No me aparece el formulario y solo tengo el enlace que recibí al momento de guardarlo: https://www.jotform.com/draft/019aa1d3acd17e7aba1bad28147a94200c89. Necesito ayuda para recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta y también para recuperar o acceder al formulario que perdí.
