How to hide a product in a Jotform app without deleting it?

I need to be able to configure the app so that I can make a product visible or not, effectively marking it as active or inactive in the app. I created the app from a template and edited the products there, but I don't know which form is associated with it. I am unable to find the product management section in the Jotform app to make these changes. I want to hide a product without deleting it, so it does not appear active in the app.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform Apps does not support features like conditions or dynamic visibility for individual products inside the app. So, hiding a single product without deleting it is not directly supported at this time.

If you want to manage product visibility on forms associated with the app, you would need to manage the products within the individual forms themselves, outside the app interface. Let's see how it is done:

1. In Form Builder, select the product you want, then click the Gear Icon.
2. Click on the Gear Icon to view the Product List Settings menu.
3. Hover the mouse over the product you want, then click on Disable. Next time you hover it, you will see the Enable button to use it if you want to show the product again.
