Hola, llevo mucho tiempo intentando conectar PayPal a mi formulario para cobrar una suscripción anual desde Instagram pero es imposible, no para de cargar. la cuenta de PayPal es Business, está certificada y aprobada para recibir pagos y configurar botones de pagos en otras plataformas, necesito ayuda con eso. Gracias.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'll try to help you in English. I understand that you added PayPal integration in your form but there is a connection problem. Please ensure your browser is updated and try clearing the cache. Also, verify that your payment gateway credentials are correctly entered. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
