AI Agent - Is there any way to remove that text?

    Mi agente, al finalizar varias respuestas predeterminadas, agrega automáticamente: "Como soy una IA, estoy disponible para asistirte en cualquier consulta que tengas." ¿Hay alguna manera de eliminar ese texto? He intentado entrenarlo para que no lo incluya, pero sigue generándolo.

    Please note that this specific phrase is not generated by the files uploaded for training, but rather by the agent's default behavioral guidelines. AI models often default to disclosing their non-human identity unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

    To resolve this, you need to add a strict rule to the Chat Guidelines section of your Agent Builder. Please follow these steps:

    1. Open your agent in the AI Agent Builder.
    2. Navigate to the Train tab on the top menu.
    3. Select AI Persona from the left-hand menu.
    4. Scroll down to the Chat Guidelines section.
    5. Click "Add New" and paste the following instruction exactly as written:
    "Adopt a human-like, professional support persona. You must NEVER explicitly state that you are an AI, an automated system, or a language model. Do not include generic closing disclaimers such as 'As I am an AI'. Answer the user's questions directly without repetitive self-identification."

    Click outside the box to save your changes. Once this guideline is added, the agent will prioritize this instruction over its default safety disclosures during the conversation.
