Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand you are experiencing an issue where you want to pay for your subscription using a card, but the system only allows you to modify the payment method and does not let you make the immediate payment.
Let me help you with that:
- Go to your Billing page on Jotform and select Manage Payment Methods.
- Add a new payment method by entering your card details and make sure to turn on Set as primary, then save it.
- If your payment is processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to your FastSpring subscription page where you can add or update your payment method using credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay.
- If you are unable to fill out the credit card field, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser or internet connection.
Once your payment method is updated and set as primary, you should be able to complete the immediate payment for your subscription.
