No puedo realizar el pago inmediato de mi suscripción con tarjeta

    I am experiencing an issue where I want to pay for my subscription using a card, but the system only allows me to modify the payment method and does not let me make the immediate payment. I need assistance to complete the payment process as I am unable to do it myself.

    Hi jujofapepe,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand you are experiencing an issue where you want to pay for your subscription using a card, but the system only allows you to modify the payment method and does not let you make the immediate payment.

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to your Billing page on Jotform and select Manage Payment Methods.
    2. Add a new payment method by entering your card details and make sure to turn on Set as primary, then save it.
    3. If your payment is processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to your FastSpring subscription page where you can add or update your payment method using credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay.
    4. If you are unable to fill out the credit card field, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser or internet connection.

    Once your payment method is updated and set as primary, you should be able to complete the immediate payment for your subscription.
