If you can no longer access the current email address on your account, and you want to change it to a different one, make sure that the new one is not associated with any Jotform account.To proceed, you need to fill out our Account Recovery Process form and the respective team will review your request, and if it's approved, the current email address of your account will be changed to the new email address that you entered on the form.Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
