    These past days I have been trying to access a form that I have created with two different accounts that have their respective permissions to edit and I have not been able to do so, delete the cookies, probe with different browsers and nothing.

    From what you described and the screenshots you attached, it seems you are encountering an issue accessing a form with two different accounts that have editing permissions. You have already tried clearing cookies and using different browsers without success.

    One common cause for this kind of issue is related to the form's access settings. If the form is set to Private, only invited users who are signed into their Jotform accounts with the invited email addresses can access and edit the form.

    Let me show you how to check and set your form's access to Private properly so that invited users can edit it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Settings, then select Private Form in the window that opens.
    3. Return to the Quick Share settings and enter the email addresses of the people you want to give access to.
    4. Click on Submit & View to select the permission type (e.g., edit access), then click on Send Invitation.

    After inviting users, they will receive an email with a button to open the form. They must log in with the invited email address to access and edit the form.

    If the form is not set to Private or if the issue persists, there might be other causes such as account suspension or form deletion, which would require further investigation.

    • Check if the form was suspended for violating Jotform's Terms of Use, which would prevent access.
    • Verify that you are using the correct Jotform domain for your region (e.g., jotform.com, jotform.us, jotform.me) as using the wrong domain can cause access issues.
    • Clear your form cache as an additional step beyond clearing browser cookies. Sometimes cached form data can cause problems.
    • Make sure your internet connection is stable and there are no network interruptions.

    I also cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache-related issues. Can you try opening your App again using a different network connection and in a different browser?

    When I have no account started in the form, I can access the form, but since start sesion with the corresponding account and you have permission, does not enter the web. Show me the mistake I taught you before.

    I checked your form and can confirm that you've shared your form with yrosa@pharmatech.com.do. Just to clarify, you can open the form when you are not logged in, but once you sign in with the account that has permissions, the error shows up. If so, could you try accessing it on a different browser or device, and if possible, a different network connection? That'll help us take a closer look at this a bit more.

    If you can also send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, it’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine.

    Okay, and I apologize for the delay. It will take me a few days to perform this test because the computer is a desktop and is in another place than I am.
