SubusEstimados, estaba eliminando campos de un formulario y se eliminó el widget "pestañas" sin que yo lo hiciera, lueo lo volvi a la normalidad pero este no regreso. Coloque el widget desde cero nuevamente, pero ahora al publiar el formulario aparece como información duplicada.

Now, coming back to your question, when I tested your form, it seems to be working fine right now. Check out the screenshot below:
I cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
