Se me borraron mis formularios y necesito recuperarlos

I am experiencing an issue where my two forms have been deleted, and I need to recover them. I am sure that the forms belong to my account. I have a link to one of the forms: https://form.jotform.com/252153800528048. Additionally, when I try to write in the form, the input gets erased. I have asked for guidance if the forms were deleted accidentally and have requested to speak with someone for assistance. I need help recovering my deleted forms and resolving the issue with the form input being erased.

I have performed a thorough search using the Form ID and URL you provided. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the form or an associated account in our database.

It appears that the forms and the account may have been permanently purged. That means the forms are completely removed from our servers and we are unable to recover them.

If there is any possibility that the forms were created under a different email address, please let us know that email so we can perform one final search.

Otherwise, if the forms were purged, the only way to move forward would be to create the forms again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked the form URL's that you shared, and the forms are already permanently deleted. As mentioned by my Elif, if forms are already purged, it can no longer be recovered. You can confirm if the forms were purged on your History page. Let me show you how:

1. In History page, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Forms, then click on Form Purges.
