tecniclimasrosalesI am experiencing an issue where I deleted all the submissions from my form to free up space, but the space is not being freed and the deleted submissions do not appear in the trash. The form has a file upload field, and the blockage is due to the space used by uploaded files. I deleted the submissions from the submissions option and sent them to the trash, but they still do not appear there. Even after freeing all the space, the users assigned to the form cannot fill it again; they receive a message saying the form has exceeded its quota. The users fill the form as users and can only fill it, not edit it. They do this from an app called Jotform, and when they try to fill the form, the quota error message appears. The error started today at 11:30 am. I tried clearing the cache, but the problem persists. When asked if I tried clearing the cache, I confirmed that I did but it still does not work. The form link is https://form.jotform.com/253097039386870. I need help resolving this issue so that users can fill the form again without encountering the quota error. -

I have recalculated your account storage space, which should resolve the issue. Can you try logging out and back into your Jotform account to refresh the changes?
