Cálculo de notas individuales para pruebas separadas dentro de un mismo formulario

Estimados, tengo una duda con respecto a la funcionalidad de poder realizar preguntas valorizadas como una prueba y obtener una nota. Es posible dejar distintas pruebas dentro de un documento y que las pruebas me entreguen una nota individual con respecto a cada prueba.

Ejemplo: El documento (formulario) tiene 2 pruebas internas - PREXOR y USO DE EPP.

Cuando responda la prueba de PREXOR solo quiero que me entregue la nota final de las 7 preguntas respondidas con respecto a esta prueba de PREXOR y que no me indique el puntaje de USO DE EPP.

Todo esto esta separado por pestañas, una para PREXOR y otra para USO DE EPP.

Thank you for reaching out Jotform Support. It is possible to include multiple tests within a document and have each test receive an individual grade.

To get the quiz score to calculate and email correctly, you’ll want to use one method only. The simplest approach is to keep everything inside the regular Form Builder:

1. Assign point values to each correct answer in your question properties.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the left side.
3. Under the Form Elements, go to the Widgets tab.
4. Drag and drop the Form Calculation widget at the bottom of the form's page.
5. Now, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Form Calculation widget.
6. For every test, add a dedicated Form Calculation widget and include only the questions related to that specific test in the calculation.

Esa sección la tengo dispuesta de otra forma, https://io-apps.jotform.io/quizform/, utilizo este sistema de jotform para evaluar las respuestas, solo quiero que cuando obtenga estas respuestas solo me muestre el puntaje de las respuestas respondidas, no de todas las pruebas que se presentan en el formulario.

Entiendo que deseas poder evaluar únicamente el cuestionario que es mostrado condicionalmente en el formulario, y en el sistema de la App de cuestionarios de Jotform solo puede ser configurado un quiz por formulario. Para poder evaluar ambas respuestas por separado deberás crear dos formularios diferentes para que no sean tomadas en cuenta las respuestas vacías.

Una alternativa que puede funcionarte es la de crear una App de Jotform, separar el quiz en dos formularios y poner ambos formularios en la app de Jotform. Te muestro como hacerlo:

1. En la página de Espacio de trabajo pasa el cursor sobre el formulario de los cuestionarios, haz clic en Más al lado derecho y selecciona la opción de Clonar en el menú emergente.

2. En el clon de tu formulario, selecciona todos los campos que desees remover manteniendo presionada la tecla de CTRL en Windows o Cmd en Mac de tu teclado.

3. Una vez estén seleccionados los campos que desees remover, haz clic en Borrar en la esquina superior derecha.

4. Repite el proceso en el otro formulario, removiendo los campos del otro cuestionario.

5. Ahora, ve a la página de Espacio de trabajo, haz clic en Crear en la esquina superior izquierda.

6. Selecciona la opción de App en el lado derecho y luego haz clic en Comenzar desde cero.

7. En el Creador de Apps, haz clic en Añadir elementos+ del lado izquierdo y haz clic en formularios.

8. Selecciona los dos formularios de los cuestionarios y haz clic en Añadir formularios.

De esta manera puedes tener un portal a ambos formularios y utilizar la herramienta de cuestionarios de Jotform para cada cuestionario individualmente.

Necesito una solución que no sea crear dos formulario, la idea es que se mantengan ambos juntos

Entonces necesito poder tener las notas independiente, he utilizado la IA que tienen aqui en jotform pero no me entrega información util, en caso de que tenga que eliminar la parte de jotform de QUIZ entonces solo tendre que hacerlo

Another approach is you will delete the page break in page 2 of your form, then remove the Submit button from the conditional logic in the screenshot below:

How would it help if I could generate a form with more than one test and, when calculating the final grade, only consider the answers from the test I took and not all the answers on the form?

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

When I come back to this issue, I have cloned your form, worked on it and come up with a solution to your issue. I have recorded the steps as short videos and this is how you can set it up:

• First in Form Builder, we need to delete some of your elements to make the form one page form again.

• Next, we are going to HIDE all the elements that are the two sets of questions, basically your tests.

• Right after that, we are going to set our 3 conditions that will show and hide the questions.
• First condition is to make sure that all elements will be hidden when Training element is not selected.

• Good, now we are going to show questions when PREXOR is selected.

• Last condition is to show questions when USO DE EPP is selected.

You can hide the Calculation Widgets in your form but I unhide them to check the score.
