Herramientas de Tomar Nota y Google Maps: Agente no utiliza ni reconoce funciones activas

ya que sucede lo mismo con las herramientas de tomar nota y Google Maps, las cuales sí están activas, pero al momento de pedir al agente que las use, no lo hace y manifiesta desconocer totalmente esta opción. Si fuera así, les pido su ayuda.

I checked the AI Agents from your other ticket, but I don't see you set up Take Note and Show location tools . If this is a different AI Agent, can you provide us with the URL or name of the agent?

Hola, tal cual como lo manifesté, yo configuro las herramientas de "tomar nota", "mostrar ubicación" y similares (tal como se evidenció en los pantallazos). La herramienta no arroja ningún error al vincularse, pero esta no funciona, ni aparece visible en las verificaciones que ustedes hacen.

Por esto solicito escalar esta situación al área de tecnología que corresponda y revisar las conexiones, configuraciones o el detalle de mi cuenta; este es un servicio que para mi caso tengo contratado, pero no funciona correctamente y no puedo sacar el provecho requerido de este.

I checked and cloned the AI Agent that you shared and the Tools you connect to it are working properly when asked by the user. See the sample below for the Show Location tool.

Meanwhile, the Take note action tool are not yet configured to the AI Agent that you shared. Once you set it up we can then do more test to check if its working when prompt is triggered by the user.
