Storage: Checking and freeing up space occupied by files

Estuve limpiando y borrando los archivos, sin embargo, aún tengo 13 GB de almacenamiento, siendo que tengo menos de 20 archivos activos, se me hace bastante alto. Podrian apoyarme a corroborar y cómo puedo liberar ese espacio.

You mentioned about deleting files and submissions but have you also Trashed entries from Jotform Tables. To free up space and delete permanently, you also need to trash the deleted entries.
