Widget selector de imágenes: Error de campo obligatorio aunque ya esté completo

Saludos necesito su ayuda con caracter de urgencia ya que mi forrrmulario arroja un error indicando que un campo es requerido cuando ya esta seleccionado.

It’s easy to set multiple fields as required at once. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on one of the fields that need to be required.
2. Press and hold the Shift or Command/Control key on your keyboard, and while holding it down, click on the other fields that also need to be required.
3. Then, on the right side of the orange bar at the top of the page, click on Require.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your Encuesta de Satisfacción form, and I was able to replicate the issue on the Image Picker widget, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.
