    Hi aquamontapp,

    It looks like you are encountering an error E425 with the AI agent not responding on the Jotform platform. From the image description, it seems the agent is showing a technical issue message and not functioning as expected.

    You can disable the AI Agent temporarily to stop it from responding or interacting until the issue is resolved. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top of the page, and in the dropdown menu, uncheck all boxes except AI Agents.
    2. Hover over the AI Agent you want to disable and click on More on the right side.
    3. In the dropdown menu, select Disable. This will stop the agent from responding.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
