dynamicautomate360I am experiencing an issue where the signature field in my form does not work; it does not allow me to draw the signature. I am using the free version of the service, and I wonder if that might be the cause. The form URL is https://form.jotform.com/260156623692156. I am using Chrome on a Mac. The signature field works on another form, so the problem seems specific to this form. I have tried cloning the form, but the cloned version also does not work. I am asking what could be blocking the signature field from functioning properly. -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you are experiencing an issue with your signature field that is not showing the signature. I have cloned your form, worked on it and replicate the issue on my end too. I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

In the meantime, there is a work around where you can use the form until we have a fix on the theme. Let me show how:
- Go to your Form Builder page.
- Click on Paint Roller icon to open the Form Designer.

3. Then click on Styles tab to open the options for it.
4. In Inject Custom CSS, paste the code below:.form-dropdown, .form-textarea, .form-textbox, .signature-pad-passive, .signature-wrapper {
background-color: transparent !important;
}
