Storage limit: Not updated after deleting and purging shipments and clearing cache

    Mi cuenta sigue sin espacio de carga aunque ya eliminé y purgué todos los envíos del formulario ‘registro de ingreso y salida del sitio’ y limpié la caché de formularios, pero el límite no se actualiza” y envíalo desde tu cuenta actual.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the account that is associated with your email address but did not see any forms, submissions, views or activity on the account. There is also no limit excess on any metrics upload space included. Can you provide more information about the account that you are having this issue like username, email address.
