Now, coming back to your question, I see that you have difficulties with your upload space. Even you delete the submissions for your forms it will not empty space until you permanently delete the submissions. Follow these quick steps to handle it:
- Go to Jotform Tables to see your submissions.
- Click on Three dots icon right beside the form name below the Jotform logo.
- Then, click on Trashed entries to see the deleted submissions.

4. Next, click on Select All to select all the deleted submissions.
5. When you click on Delete Forever, the submissions will be purged, deleted forever and then it will empty the space.
After completing the steps, it still might take some time to recalculate your space so give some time to reflect after you purged the submissions.
