    Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you’re unable to enlarge the attached photos in the Jotform mobile app.

    Please try the following steps on your Android device:

    1. Open your phone’s Settings and go to Apps.

    2. Find Jotform, tap on Storage, and select Clear Cache.

    3. Reopen the Jotform app and try enlarging the photos again.


    Also, please make sure that you’re using the latest version of the Jotform app from the Google Play Store.


    If the issue continues, could you please share a short screen recording showing what happens when you try to enlarge an image? This will help us investigate the issue further.
