Account: Frequent logouts and lockouts due to multiple login attempts

    Hola, tengo problemas con mi cuenta, estoy trabajando y cada nada me cierra la sesion, ya después de abrir sesión en reiteradas ocasiones, me bloquea y me dice que con muchos intentos.

    Ya son días con este problema.

    Now, coming back to your question, note that Jotform’s standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are designed for a single user. As a result, logging into a new device will automatically terminate your session on any previous device. To help you get back in, I have reset your login attempts. Moving forward, ensure you are logged into only one device at a time to avoid being locked out.

    Como puedo hacer para tener mas sesiones abiertas en otras 2 computadoras,
    con el mismo usuario?

    Hi paninicr,

    Jotform Enterprise is the only version of Jotform that supports multi-user access. You can find more information here. If you don't want to upgrade to Enterprise but need someone else to help you build or manage data, you can use the Collaboration features instead of sharing your login:

    1. Form Collaboration: Click the Add Collaborators button at the top right of the Form Builder. This generates a unique link you can send to someone else. They can edit the form at the same time as you without logging into your account.
    2. Table Sharing: You can share your Submissions Table with another person (via email or public link) so they can view or help manage the data from their own device while you are logged in.
