Lo que sucede es que estoy enviando el formulario precargado a través de una tabla y he añadido un botón para enviar el formulario prellenado. Sin embargo, al momento de enviarlo aparece un mensaje predeterminado.

¿Existe alguna otra opción para que el formulario se envíe prellenado y, a la vez, el mensaje pueda ser personalizado?

Now, coming back to your question, when a prefilled form is submitted directly from a Jotform Table using the Submit Form button, the system automatically sends a default message, and at the moment, this message cannot be customized or personalized.

If you need to send a prefilled form with a personalized message, the best alternatives are to generate a prefilled form link and send it through a custom email notification or Jotform Automation, which allows you to edit the message and insert dynamic field values.

Can you clarify what specific message are you trying to set up? If this will work, you can use Jotform Workflow to assign the prefilled form directly to the person, where they receive an email notification to fill out the form. Let me walk you through it:

1. First, you will have to create a workflow.

a. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.

b. In the menu on the left, click on Workflows.

c. Then, click on Create Workflow.

2. Then, you will need to set up the flow, to send the second form after user initially completes the first one.

a. In Workflow Builder, in the Workflow Element panel on the left, drag the Form element over the Add Element Here section at the middle.

b. Then, click on Complete Settings, and add the form you wish to send to the next person.

c. In the Assignee Email address, specify the email address of the person you wish to assign to the next form, or if it's the guest email, click on the Form Fields dropdown, and select Guest Email.

d. Finally, in the form property's Prefill tab, enable Prefill, select the main form as the source data, match the fields, and click on Save.
