Now, coming back to your question, yes, it's possible to use hidden fields in your forms to store information and have this data reflected in both of your submission and in signed document. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the field you'd like to appear hidden.
2. Then, click on the Gear icon to access its properties.
3. Now, go to Advanced tab, then turn on the Hide Field option.
4. Finally, simply enter your data in the Default Value section, and you’re all set.

Once completed, the hidden field along with its default value will automatically be recorded in your submission table and can also be included in the signed document.
