Kris Jotform SupportHi Alberto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. We can suggest two options to upload photos or image. You can use the File Upload element or the Take Photo widget. We have a File Upload element that makes it simple for users to attach files when filling out a form. Let me show you how to add it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the Field Upload element and click on it to add it to your form.
You can also specify which File Types your responders can upload. To do that:- Click on the File Upload field, and then click on the Gear icon to open File Upload Properties.
- In the menu on the right side of the page click on the Options tab.
- In the File Types section, remove unwanted file types and add the ones you want respondents to upload.
You can also check out our How to Create File Upload Forms guide for more information.Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
