Transferir formularios a otra cuenta.

Estoy experimentando un problema al intentar transferir un formulario con ID 240876032724860. Me aparece el mensaje "No puede transferir formularios que estén conectados a otros productos de Jotform." Sin embargo, ya desconecté Google Sheets, que era el único producto conectado. También usé el formulario en una aplicación, pero ya lo quité de esa app y el problema persiste. Necesito ayuda para poder transferir este formulario, ya que según yo no está conectado a nada actualmente.

Gracias por contactar al servicio de Soporte de Jotform. He revisado tu cuenta y he encontrado que tu formulario está siendo usado en la app Jametz 14 Nisan. Una vez elimines esta conexión no deberías tener ningún inconveniente al transferir tu formulario si ninguna otra conexión existe.

Haz la prueba y déjanos saber si necesitas alguna otra ayuda.

Now, coming back to your question, could you try accessing the App on this link? You should be able to delete the form from there. Let me show you how:

1. In your App Builder Page, Select your form.
2. Click on the Delete button, then you're done.
