    Now, coming back to your question, I have recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 0 B. If this number did not change after deleting submissions, make sure that the submissions are fully purged from the Trash folder. Simply deleting them is not enough; they need to be permanently removed to free up space. You can also check your Account Activity logs to confirm if the submissions have been completely purged.

    To free up space on your account, you can purge the submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. Then, click on Trashed Entries.
    3. Next, in the window that opens on the right side of the page, select the submission you want to delete, and then click on Delete Forever.
    4. Now, in the Confirmation window that opens, click on Delete.
