Apparently, my email is on the Amazon SES list. I have requested multiple times to have it removed, but something happens that it keeps coming back. How can I fix this since I can't access my account now because I log in with Google, and I also can't generate a new password.

I’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. Your email address was on the bounce list due to being on Amazon SES's suppression list, which caused delivery to be blocked. I've removed it from the bounce list, so future emails should be delivered properly now.
If you still do not receive emails, please check your spam or junk folder and consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid delivery issues. You can also consider whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and domains by visiting this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145.
If the issue persists, setting up a custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help. You can learn how to set up SMTP here: https://www.jotform.com/help/244
