Here’s how you can resolve this issue:
- Remove your email from Jotform's bounce list: Sometimes emails stop being delivered because your email address was added to our bounce list due to previous delivery issues. To remove it, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
- Select Settings to open your Account Settings page.
- On the right side of the Bounce List section, click Check to see if your email is listed.
- If it is, click Remove From Bounce List.
- Whitelist Jotform IP addresses and domains: To prevent emails from bouncing again, add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains to your email whitelist. You can find detailed instructions in our guide Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
- Set up SMTP for email notifications: If your email continues to have issues, consider setting up your own SMTP server for sending notifications. This can improve email deliverability. See our guide on How to Set Up SMTP for detailed steps.
Since you already created a whitelist filter in Gmail and still face issues, removing your email from the bounce list is a crucial step. Note you can only remove your own email address from the bounce list through your account settings.
