Mi correo está en una bouncing list y no recibe correos

I am experiencing an issue where my email is repeatedly going to a bouncing list, causing me to not receive emails from you. This is a recurring problem that I have not been able to resolve on my own. I would like to create a ticket to address this issue as it continues to affect my email communication.

Contexto:
esto paso a partir de que google desactivo mi cuenta por pensar que era un bot quien la creo, a partir de ahí, ya no pude recibir ningun correo de su pagina.
actualmente mi cuenta de google ya funciona bien, pero sigo sin poder recibir sus correos

ya cree un filtro de lista blanca en Gmail y aun asi no puedo recibir ningún correo

1. Remove your email from Jotform's bounce list: Sometimes emails stop being delivered because your email address was added to our bounce list due to previous delivery issues. To remove it, please follow these steps:

• Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
• Select Settings to open your Account Settings page.
• On the right side of the Bounce List section, click Check to see if your email is listed.
• If it is, click Remove From Bounce List.

1. Whitelist Jotform IP addresses and domains: To prevent emails from bouncing again, add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains to your email whitelist. You can find detailed instructions in our guide Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.
2. Set up SMTP for email notifications: If your email continues to have issues, consider setting up your own SMTP server for sending notifications. This can improve email deliverability. See our guide on How to Set Up SMTP for detailed steps.
