Redirigir al usuario al siguiente formulario después de completarlo

Es posible con algún tipo de widget conectar mas de 1 formulario jotform?

tengo tres formulario que funcionan en conjunto pero no se llenan al mismo momento ni por la misma persona, es posible que al lllenar 1 se active una alerta para que se llene el otro y al llenar el segúndo y se completen las medidas correctivas tome el tiempo según la fecha de una lista configurable y me avise con 1 semana de antelación que la fecha tope que coloque en el informe esta por cumplirse?

Ademas debe funcionar un tercer formulario que se llama VERCUM que debe extraer ciertos datos del formulario Investigación de Accidente por medio de algun widget (quizas desplegable) donde me pregunte NOMBRE PERSONA AFECTADA y al seleccionar un nombre en especifco traiga la información del nombre y las medidas correctivas del formulario a este tercer formulario y yo pueda llenar el formulario VERCUM con datos según el tiempo transcurrido y ver si efectivamente se han cumplido las medidas correctivas.

Now, coming back to your question, you can add a Fill Another Form Button to the Thank You page in just a few steps, so users can fill out a second form after submitting one. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Next, click on Action Buttons, and then select Fill Another Form.
4. In the Fill Another Form window, enter a button name, select the second form you want to use, and click on Create.

Also, if you want the last form to be prefilled by the other form, you can set it up easily. Prefilling your form using another form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page, and then select Form Prefill.
3. Click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the form that you want to prefill from, and then match the fields.
4. Finally, click on Save Settings on the bottom-right side of the Form Prefill section.

La sección de autocompletado no me sirve porque el archivo debe abrirse por cada quien lo llena, no tengo que enviarlo yo, ellos ya tienen el formulario.

Lo que hice fue agregar el link del formulario Investigación de Accidente al correo de aviso que llega cuando se llena el Reporte de Accidente para que se pueda comenzar a llenar esa sección.

Lo que quiero saber es que si al rellenar la sección de la Investigación de Accidente puedo generar el documento de Verificación de Cumplimiento.

O que dentro del documento Investigación de Accidente se pueda generar una cuenta regresiva según cada FECHA MAXIMA DE EJECUCIÓN que se genere y que cuando llegue a cero envie un correo avisando que el tiempo ha concluido y que se habilite un recuadro con las opciones "Medida Correctiva Completada" o "Medida Correctiva no Abordada".

2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

You can also set the repeat period, specify when it will be sent, and choose the start and end date. Let's do it:

1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
