You can quickly remove your form27s password protection. Let me show you how.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Show More Options.
- Then, scroll down to the Password Protection section and uncheck Enable password protection.

Now, coming back to your question, is this when you log in from a different location? If yes, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) do not allow users to log in simultaneously from multiple devices. When attempting to start a new session, you will be prompted to validate a code. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?
