Form is Showing Unavailable

    I am experiencing an issue where my form is unavailable. When I go to Forms and click on it, nothing happens. I also checked the Trash section and saw a message stating that deleted forms and their submissions will be permanently deleted after 30 days, but I never clicked Trash. I am concerned because I paid for this service and I am worried I have lost all my confirmations and my work. When I try to access the form link (https://form.jotform.com/260887845124870), it shows the message "This form is currently unavailable!" Many guests are calling me saying they cannot confirm. I would like the support team to conduct a deeper investigation into this issue.

    Hi Milagros,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I’ve checked your form, and it currently appears to be active on our end. I was able to load it successfully, and it did not display the form unavailable message during my test. Here's a screenshot of my result:

    Typically, this type of error may appear if the form has been manually disabled in the Form Settings, or the form was temporarily disabled by our system due to a potential violation of our Terms of Use. You can enable your form in a few simple steps. Let me show you how: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings
    2. Then, in Form Settings, under the Form Status section, click on Disabled.
    3. Next, in the window that opens, click on Disabled and select Enable
    4. Now, click on Save. That’s it. You’re done.
