el plan anual me sale actualmente en 234$

El próximo pago me indica que deben ser 408$

quisiera saber si podemos pagar solo los 234$ ya que somos una pequeña empresa.

no creo que usemos el plan que compramos dn su totalidad.

Now, coming back to your question, you purchased a yearly subscription with a 50% discount. This is a one time offer, applied for the first charge. After your subscription renews, it will be for the full price. Since you purchased a yearly subscription, we can't guarantee if we'll have any promotions in the future. If you wish to avoid being charged automatically, you can always cancel your subscription, and you'll be able to use the remaining paid time.

You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade. Just follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan.
