    Hi Alejandra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

The message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed" appears when a form is set to accept only one submission, either by browser/device (Unique Submissions) or by a specific field like email (Unique Field). That’s why you are blocked after your first successful attempt.

    There are two main possibilities:

    1. If this is a general Jotform form (not the Jotform KYC form)

    • The form owner has enabled a limit that only allows one submission per person/browser/network or per unique value (for example, per email address).
    • In that case, only the form owner can change this setting in their form’s settings to allow multiple submissions.

If you are the form owner, here’s how to review that setting:

    1. Go to your form’s Settings in Form Builder.
    2. Scroll down to find the options related to Unique Submissions and Unique Field.
    3. Adjust them (for example, set Unique Submissions to “No Check” or clear the Unique Field) if you want to allow more than one entry.

    2. If you are filling out Jotform’s own Identity Verification (KYC) form

    • This message means that the KYC form has already been submitted once from your side.
    • First, try opening the KYC form in an incognito/private window of your browser and submit again.
    • If you still see the same message, send an email to kyc-review@jotform.com with the subject "Only one entry is allowed" and include:
      • Your Jotform username
      • Your Jotform email address
      • A short description that you cannot submit the KYC form because of the "Only one entry is allowed" message

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
