Now, coming back to your question, when I checked your app, I saw that it's currently disabled, which is why it isn't available right now. You can easily enable your app again. Let me show you how:
- In App Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, under App Status, click on Disabled and then select Enabled.
Once you've enabled it, you should be able to open it without any issues. You can check out the screenshot below to see how it looks on my end:

I tested your app and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
