¿En caso de qué no me aparezca la opción PDF original qué hago?

Jerlan Jotform SupportHi Mj,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, getting back to the issue, note that the Original PDF option only appears on forms that were created using the Smart PDF Forms feature (that is, when you uploaded a PDF and mapped fields to it). If your form is a regular web form, you will not see the Original PDF option. Can you share the URL of your form?
If you want to create a form by uploading a PDF, let me walk you through it:
- On your Workspace page , click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
- Then, select Form , and then click on Document to Form .
- Now, in Smart PDF Forms , click on Upload Document , and then select the PDF you want to convert to a form, or just drag and drop the PDF into the white upload area.
Sometimes the fields automatically created in the PDF file end up in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll need to move and resize them. Check out the screencast below to see how it's done: If some fields aren't added automatically, you can manually add them to your form, and then match it to the PDF on the right side of the page. That's it. Once you set everything up, when the form is filled, it will automatically fill your PDF file. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work: Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
