Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you lost your access code to decrypt the Submission data. Unfortunately, you can't retrieve a lost access code for an encrypted Jotform form. Since Jotform uses end-to-end encryption, the access code serves as a private key and is never stored on Jotform’s servers. If the access code is lost, previously encrypted submissions cannot be decrypted or recovered, even by Jotform Support.

You can turn off the encryption for future submissions or reset the access code if no important old data exists.
