Uso de Jotform para Consentimientos Informados: Firma Presencial en iPad

Tengo una clínica de dermatología, quiero usar su plataforma para llenar consentimientos informados y contratos de algunos servicios. La idea es que el paciente lo firme estando en la clínica, se lo podemos enviar antes de tiempo para que lo firme en casa pero preferiría que los firme en un ipad de la clínica. Podríamos usar su plataforma para eso? Existe la opción de firma presencial?

Now, coming back to your question, yes, you can use Jotform to collect informed consents and contracts directly at your clinic. With Jotform Sign, patients can sign documents in person using an iPad or any tablet. You can also send the forms in advance for them to sign remotely if needed. It’s easy to create a sign document with Jotform Sign. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Sign Documents page, and click on Create Sign Document on the left side of the page.
2. Click on Upload Document to upload your own document from your device.
3. Drag and drop your document into the Upload box, or click on Upload Document to select it.
4. Once you add your document, click on the Create Signable Document button.

After you create your document, you’ll see an option asking whether to detect fields automatically. To detect fields automatically:

1. Click the Detect Fields button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. After it matches the suitable elements with the spaces, click on Keep All.
3. If you want to delete a field, just click on it and then click the Trash Can icon below it.

Or you can manually match your fields:

1. Click on the Dismiss button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. In the Document Elements menu on the left, drag and drop the elements to your document.
