    Estimados,

    ¡Saludos!

    Hi Lucas,

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. There are certain situations when you don’t want your form to be available for everyone and the best way to do that is to password protect your form. You can password protect your forms so only those who know the password can view and submit them. Please check out the screencast below:

When users open the form, they will be presented with a prompt to enter a password. If users failed to enter the correct password, they will see an “Invalid password!” message.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi! ¿How are you?

    It's not what I need.

If I share the form with the same password for several people, they could continue inviting more people to complete it, instead, if I get a one-time password for each of them, they could fill out the form 1 time and then by sharing this , the other people could not use that key, since it was used.

    Hello Lucas,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's currently not likely to have a unique one-time code for your users before they can fill out your forms. There's a possible workaround by having a Short Text field for the unique code and then show/hide the next questions based on the code given. You can refer to this guide to do that: How to Show or Hide Fields Based on the User’s Answer.

You can also implement basic password protection by using Conditional Logic.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.
