Me dice que excedi la cuota y no deja que aplique los formularios creados pero tengo todo en 0 en almacenamiento y solo 30 envios este mes 

Como se puede ver no excedo ningun limite establecido pero no me deja usar la herramienta

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support. I checked your account on our system and I can see that the error you are getting for over the quota is from the storage that you are using on your account. As of now, it is showing that you have used 107.71MB / 100MB provided to a free/starter account.

I recalculated your form submissions and cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions and this fixed glitches as well. You can also perform a clear cache to your forms on your end by following the guide from this link. 

I suggest clearing the cache and cookies on the browser that you are using most of the time or try using other browsers and devices to see if they will give the same result.
