Código al mail.

    Desde hace unos dias, cada vez que ingresamos a la cuenta Jotform, se genera una clave vía mail. Como puede evitarse esto?

    Hello Guillermo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify are you referring to the authentication code? If so, the Email Authentication Code you are getting when logging in is a security issue that was detected due to the activity of the account. It only appears when a regular account tries to log in the account into multiple different devices at the same time. This is a violation of our Terms of Use. If you need multiple users to access an account, I would suggest upgrading the account to Jotform Enterprise as this allows multiple users to access the same account at the same time.
