Notificación de almacenamiento superado

Buenas tardes tengo un problema con mi cuenta, he eliminado todos los archivos adjuntos y envíos pero aun me sigue apareciendo bastante espacio ocupado y no puedo utilizar ningún formulario

No se sincronizó correctamente el almacenamiento de archivos. Hemos escalado esto a nuestro equipo de desarrollo, te notificaremos por este medio cuando se haya solucionado.

I have checked your account and I see that you also have tables that don't depend on a form on your account. You can access them through this link. If you delete them permanently or delete their submissions, it will free up space on your account.

Before deleting the submissions, you can take a backup of your submissions. you can export all your data at once by following this guide on How to Export All of Your Data at Once. You can also download your file submissions individually by following this guide on How to Download the Submission Files.

Here's how permanently delete submissions:

• Go to your form tables page
• Select the submission data you wish to delete
• Click Delete
• Click the three circles beside the table name
• Go to Trashed entries
• Select entries
• Click Delete Forever

Also, You might check this guide to delete the submissions. Please make sure that you have cleared the Trash folder too.

Depsues de 1 año no pude seguir utilizando mi cuenta,borre toda la informacion y varios formularios , ya que un tiempo tuve una cuenta paga y aun asi sigo presentando problemas de almacenamiento superado, y no tengo envios ni imagenes en ninguno de mis formularios.

Quiero recuperar esta cuenta, me ayudan por favor

He revisado tu cuenta y tal como te lo comentó mi colega en nuestra respuesta anterior, tienes tablas en tu cuenta que contienen archivos adjuntos, pero dichas tablas no dependen de un formulario como tal. Por favor, sigue las instrucciones compartidas en nuestra respuesta anterior para poder liberar espacio en tu cuenta. Recuerda que debes acceder mediante este link y eliminarlas permanentemente o eliminar envíos.
