Como cambiar a español la fecha recibida en el email automático de agenda?

Hay alguna posibilidad de que la fecha que se recibe en el mail, del formulario de agenda, se reciba en español y no en ingles?

I understand that the content for the Appointment field is in English, not Spanish in the email sent. ​​I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to the relevant team. As soon as we have an update we’ll let you know.

Sorry for the late reply. You need to set Form Language settings as Español. You can find this setting in "Form Settings" tab.

You need to the click "SHOW MORE OPTIONS" button.

After that, you will see "Form Language" settings.

You will see the translated date field in the mail when you update with Español.
