Los formularios que estan integrados en mi versión App no funcionan

    Hola buenos días equipo Jotform.
    Necesito de su ayuda tengo integrados algunos formularios en mi aplicación pero al ingresar a ellos me marca que tengo OVER QUOTA. y en realidad si tengo formularios para contestar.

    Esta es una de las URL's https://form.jotform.com/22174500706404 Ya nos habia pasado anteriormente y nos dijeron que no se iba a volver a bloquear!!

    Me pueden ayudar a desbloquerlo, dado que tengo muchos usuarios con el problema de que no pueden contestar los formularios, y no podemos cambiar a una nueva URL porque necesitamos release para eso!.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I have checked your account and it is showing active. Your account is still within the limit. When I manually checked the form URL https://form.jotform.com/22174500706404 I did not find the form and it shows that it was deleted. However, when I clicked the form URL that you provided, the form that was linked was https://form.jotform.com/221745007064045 you missed one digit and I'm able to access it. Please check out the screencast for my result:

    I cleared your form cache on our end to refresh it. You can also do it on your end by following this guide How to Clear Your Form Cache.

    Can you please double-check the form that you are trying to check on your account? Also, all your forms are accessible.

    Te agradezco que hayas tomado mi caso, ya revise de nueva cuenta y en efecto el eliminar el cache ayudo a que ya se puedan visualizar los formularios.
