Como eu conseguiria realizar cálculo matemático?

Como eu poderia realizar, num formulário, alguns cálculos matemáticos simples de acordo com a resposta do usuário, e ao final do mesmo, mostrar no formulário um resultado deste cálculo a este usuário?

It's possible to perform calculations on the form you can simply, use a form calculation widget to show and calculate the result. you can actually implement your own formula/logic to the calculation.

You need to do the following: 

1. Add calculation values to the options on your questions

2. Perform the calculations, basically you would only need to sum all the questions and it will accordingly show the result based on the options the users have selected. 

3. If you need to show the calculation on the thank you page, you can simply add it from the "Form Fields" section:
