Buenas, estoy intentando hace una semana aprox realizar una descarga completa por los ajustes de cuenta y me da error:
Ustedes me podrían facilitar otra forma de realizar una descarga completa de mis datos? Estoy es para backupear datos, lo necesito hacer algo urgente.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please try to export your data again after removing the previous download from the download my data page? You can click on the X icon.
If the issue continues, I suggest doing the following to see if this helps resolve the issue.
- Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e. Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
- Try other browsers available on your end.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.
