I need my suspended account reinstated

    Serian tan amables de apoyarme desbloqueando la cuenta asociada con el correo jmoralesg@gyt.com.gt ya que evaluamos el mismo y no existe algún riesgo con la información que se solicito en el formulario.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you want to get assistance in Spanish, we can forward your ticket to our Spanish team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response. I reviewed the form in your account it appears to contain a field for collecting credit card numbers, as seen in the screenshot below. This is a violation of our Terms Of Use and it caused the account suspension:

    Since the form has no submission yet, I've deleted the offending field and reinstated the account. You should not be able to sign back in and use/access the form without issues.
